On June 20, 2012, Yankuang Group held an acceptance meeting for the "Beisu Coal Mine New Energy Hot Water Contract Energy Management Project" at Beisu Mine. The leaders of the group company and our company jointly participated in the acceptance.
The amount of hot water used for bathing is 650 tons, intended for employees to use as hot water for bathing. A compressed air fan (which generates hot water completely free of charge) is selected as the primary heat source, and solar energy (which is free but unstable) is used as the secondary heat source. At the same time, an air source hot water unit (energy-saving equipment, which improves operating conditions by using compressed air fans for exhaust in winter), electricity, and steam are used as auxiliary heat sources. This project is currently under construction. Expected to save operating costs by over 80%. It is currently the largest solar energy collection system in China
The project has installed a solar energy collection system with an area of 4730 square meters, a thermal storage water tank of 496 cubic meters, and 6 air source heat pumps. After on-site inspection, the engineering quality is qualified. The main equipment on site, such as the solar collection system, the waste heat recovery and utilization system of the compressor, and the air source heat pump system, are operating normally, and the main technical parameters of the system meet the requirements specified in the contract. The acceptance materials provided by the project team are complete, and the on-site operation manual, operating procedures, and management system are complete and meet the acceptance requirements. The acceptance team generally agrees that the project has been accepted by the group company.
